Why this site exists

Running a profitable kitchen means knowing your numbers - food cost percentage, plate cost, menu pricing. We built free, no-sign-up tools so operators and cooks can cost a dish or a menu in minutes instead of wrestling with spreadsheets.

Everything here is free to use and works on any device. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

How we keep it accurate

The figures and rules on this site are based on your own supplier invoices and sales reports rather than guesswork. We cite our sources on each page, show an "Updated" date, and re-check the numbers when the rules change. When we find something out of date, we fix it and update the date.

Our tools run entirely in your browser - the numbers you enter are never sent to us. You can read more in our privacy policy.
