• The page or tool you are asking about - a link is ideal.
• What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
• For a figure you think is wrong, the source you are comparing it with.

We usually reply within a few business days. We cannot offer one-to-one financial or business advice, but we are always happy to explain how a tool works or fix something that is not right.

Reporting an error

Accuracy matters to us, especially for restaurant food costing. If a number looks wrong or a rule has changed, tell us which page it is on and what the correct figure should be, ideally with a link to your own supplier invoices and POS reports. We check every report against the official source and update the page - and its "Updated" date - when it needs it.

What we can and cannot help with

We can answer questions about how the calculators and guides work, correct mistakes, and take suggestions for new tools or clearer explanations. What we cannot do is give you personalised financial or business advice or make decisions for your own situation - for that, please speak to your accountant or bookkeeper.
